Hot on the heels of the Insurance Times Awards nominations for Mike Bruce, Plum and Camberford Underwriting, the Brown & Brown investment in GRP has been named “Deal of the Year” at the UK Broker Awards for 2022.
GRP-owned Newstead Insurance, which is headquartered in Birmingham, has acquired Crendon Insurance Brokers Ltd (Crendon), a commercial brokerage that is based locally.
GRP has completed its first acquisition since becoming part of Brown & Brown, following a deal to buy the share capital of First Insurance Solutions Ltd.
